There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against, the commissioner, or any of the commissioner's staff, the association or its directors, agents or employees, or against any participating insurer because of any statements made or actions taken in good faith in connection with any inspections, examinations, hearings, reports, and communications concerning the operation of this association.Acts 1987, ch. 439, § 12.
