The commissioner shall make an examination as may be required into the affairs of any organization set up under this agreement at least once every five (5) years. The examination shall be conducted and the report filed in the manner prescribed for insurance companies in this title. The expenses of the examination shall be paid by the organization established under this chapter in the manner prescribed by this title.Acts 1987, ch. 439, § 13.
