The commissioner is authorized to adopt rules and regulations in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, to implement this chapter, including solvency standards, that do not impose requirements in addition to those required by federal regulations applicable to PSOs.Acts 1998, ch. 896, § 5.
