This part applies to all kinds of insurance written on risks in this state by any insurer authorized to do business in this state, except:(1) Life insurance;(2) Annuities;(3) Disability insurance;(4) Ocean marine insurance;(5) Reinsurance;(6) Aircraft liability and aircraft hull insurance;(7) Title insurance;(8) Credit life insurance; and(9) Credit accident and health insurance.Acts 1983, ch. 66, § 2; 2006, ch. 689, § 1.
