In order to maintain its eligibility for a certificate of authority, a prepaid limited health service organization must continue to meet all conditions required to be met under this chapter and the rules adopted under this chapter for the initial application for and issuance of its certificate of authority under §§ 56-51-106 and 56-51-107.Acts 2000, ch. 948, § 8.
