Unless delivered upon execution or issuance, a prepaid limited health services contract, certificate of coverage, or member handbook must be mailed or delivered to the health maintenance organization or to the state or federal agency with whom the prepaid limited health services organization has contracted prior to the effective date of coverage by the prepaid limited health service organization.Acts 2000, ch. 948, § 22.
