Section 56-51-148 - Appeals from the department

Any person, entity, or prepaid limited health service organization subject to an order of the department under this chapter may obtain judicial review of the order by filing an appeal from the order, in accordance with the procedures for appeal under the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 2000, ch. 948, § 48.
