Section 56-51-154 - Applicability of provisions of chapter 32 of this title to successor organizations

Provisions of chapter 32 of this title that are specifically applicable to health maintenance organizations that participate in the TennCare Program under Title XIX of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. § 1396 et seq.), or any successor to the TennCare program, shall also be applicable to prepaid limited health service organizations that participate in the TennCare program or any successor program.Acts 2000, ch. 948, § 54.
