The segregated assets held in the charitable gift annuity separate account shall be invested in accordance with the prudent investor standard as set forth in the Tennessee Uniform Prudent Investor Act of 2002, compiled in title 35, chapter 14. Acts 2008, ch. 831, §§ 1, 6.
