(a) The commissioner may, in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, promulgate reasonable regulations as are necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of this part.(b) The commissioner shall have the authority to promulgate any emergency rules necessary to implement this part; provided, that permanent rules shall be implemented pursuant to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.(c) The commissioner shall promulgate continuing education requirements for individuals licensed under this part in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 2002, ch. 798, § 25.
