Section 56-6-1302 - Prohibition against navigator selling, soliciting or negotiating policy of insurance

No navigator shall sell, solicit or negotiate any policy of insurance, either within or outside of an exchange.Added by 2013 Tenn. Acts, ch. 377,s 1, eff. 7/1/2013.
