Section 56-6-918 - Report to the commissioner of administrative action or prosecution brought against adjuster

(a) A public adjuster shall report to the commissioner any administrative action taken against the public adjuster in another jurisdiction or by another governmental agency in this state within thirty (30) days of the final disposition of the matter. This report shall include a copy of the order, consent to order, or other relevant legal documents.(b) Within thirty (30) days of arraignment or other formal presentment of charges and entry of plea, a public adjuster shall report to the commissioner any prosecution of the public adjuster for a felony taken in any jurisdiction. The report shall include a copy of the initial complaint filed, the order resulting from the hearing, and any other relevant legal documents necessary to explain the charges brought against the public adjuster.Acts 2006, ch. 997, § 19.
