The commissioner may promulgate regulations as are necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of this part. These regulations may include provisions relating to the assessment of licensure fees reasonable to defray the costs of examinations and testing of public adjusters. The commissioner shall keep a separate accounting of fees and costs to administer this part, and no other fees generated under this chapter shall be used to administer this part.Acts 2006, ch. 997, § 21.
