Section 56-7-1103 - Motor vehicle liability - Applicability of sections

Sections 56-7-1103 - 56-7-1105 are applicable only in causes of action arising out of the ownership or operation of a motor vehicle when service of process cannot be obtained on the owner or operator of the motor vehicle by either personal service of process or by service on the secretary of state where there is a nonresident involved.Acts 1976, ch. 612, § 1; T.C.A., § 56-1173.
