Section 56-7-1509 - Violations of part - Powers to compel compliance

In addition to any other applicable penalties for violations set out in this title, the commissioner may require issuers violating this part or rules or regulations promulgated pursuant to this part to cease marketing any medicare supplement policy or certificate in this state that is related directly or indirectly to a violation, or may require the issuer to take actions necessary to comply with this part or both.Acts 1992, ch. 735, § 9.
