A policy for meeting the requirements of § 56-7-1605(a) shall be approved, notwithstanding any other laws that specify the content of policies, if the policy form provides the policyholders and claimants protection not less favorable than they would be entitled to under such laws.Acts 1981, ch. 415, § 9.
