The commissioner of commerce and insurance shall promulgate rules to effectuate this part. The rules must be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Added by 2022 Tenn. Acts, ch. 1020, s 1, eff. 1/1/2023.
