Section 56-7-3709 - Expiration date for a prior authorization

Except as provided in § 56-7-3706, a prior authorization for an enrollee for a healthcare service is valid for at least six (6) months from the date the prior authorization is approved.Amended by 2023 Tenn. Acts, ch. 395, s 4, eff. 1/1/2025.
