Whenever it appears to the commissioner that any person has violated or is about to violate this part or any rule promulgated under this part, the commissioner may, in the commissioner's discretion, bring an action in the chancery court of Davidson County to enjoin the violation and to enforce compliance with this part, any rule under this part or any order lawfully entered pursuant to this section. The court shall not require the commissioner to post a bond. Acts 2008, ch. 1079, §§ 1, 10.
