The powers vested in the commissioner by this part shall be in addition to any other powers in this title to enforce any penalties, fines or forfeitures authorized by law with respect to the methods, acts and practices declared to be unfair or deceptive by this part. Acts 2008, ch. 1079, §§ 1, 12.
