When any distillery, wholesaler or retailer licensed under this chapter, or any person employed by any such distillery, wholesaler or retailer, violates, conspires with any other person to violate, or attempts to violate § 57-1-109, it is the mandatory duty of the commission to revoke such person's license and permit.Acts 1963, ch. 257, § 9; T.C.A., § 57-809.
