Section 57-1-210 - Commission - Authority to investigate and/or arrest

In addition to the other duties imposed under this chapter, the commission is authorized to investigate and/or to arrest, without warrant or process of any kind, any person whom the arresting officer has probable cause to believe is committing or attempting to commit a felony in violation of title 39, chapter 17, part 4, if the felony is committed on premises licensed by the commission, on any premises under investigation by the commission in conjunction with its other duties and responsibilities, and/or any other premises selling alcoholic beverages as defined in § 57-3-101, whether licensed or unlicensed.Acts 1991, ch. 166, § 1.
