Section 57-3-206 - Collection and disposition of wholesale and retail dealers license fees

It is made the duty of the commission to collect all license fees paid or due the state on account of each license issued to a wholesale or retail dealer in alcoholic spirituous beverages, or in respect to the continuance of any of such licenses. The commission shall deposit collections with the state treasurer to be earmarked for and allocated to the commission for the purpose of the administration and enforcement of the duties, powers, and functions of the commission.Acts 1939, ch. 49, § 13; mod.
