Section 57-3-211 - Display of license, rules and regulations

Any person granted a license to carry on any of the businesses or undertakings contemplated by this chapter shall, before being qualified to do business, display and post, and keep displayed and posted, in the most conspicuous place on the premises, such license, and shall promptly procure and keep at the place of business a copy of the rules and regulations promulgated by the commission.Acts 1939, ch. 49, § 14; C.
