Each applicant for a retail food store wine license shall pay to the commission a one-time, nonrefundable fee in the amount of four hundred dollars ($400) when the application is submitted for review. A retail food store wine license under this section shall not be issued until the applicant shall have paid to the commission the annual license fee of one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250).Added by 2014 Tenn.
