Laws applicable to the issuance, renewal, suspension, and termination of retailer's licenses issued pursuant to part 2 of this chapter and the regulation of and operation by such license holders shall apply in the same manner to retail food store wine licenses and license holders unless this part expressly states otherwise.Added by 2014 Tenn.
