(a) A retail food store licensed to sell wine under this part shall not store any wine off of the licensed premises.(b) All deliveries of wine to a retail food store must be made by a licensed wholesaler through a common carrier, a contract carrier or on vehicles owned by the wholesaler. The deliveries shall only be made to the business address of the retail food store.(c) All purchases of wine from a licensed wholesaler by a retail food store must be conducted by designated managers on premises at each retail food store location where delivery will be made. A retail food store may have more than one (1) designated manager per location.(d) A wholesaler shall not take orders for wine from any retail food store employee other than a designated manager; provided, that an order does not include a preorder made by a person with a pending application for a retail food store wine license.Amended by 2017 Tenn.
