Section 57-5-407 - Interstate shipments through Tennessee excepted from part

This part shall not be construed as being applicable to interstate shipments through this state where such shipments are accompanied and supported by proper invoices or bills of lading containing such information as the commissioner may require.Acts 1969, ch. 299, § 3; T.C.A., § 57-230.
