Section 57-9-109 - Notice to owners

The filing of the statement, set out in § 57-9-104, shall be the only notice that is necessary to be given to the person from whom such liquors were taken, where the person resides within the jurisdiction of the court or where the person was arrested at the time of the seizure of such liquors.Acts 1919, ch. 50, § 5; Shan.
