Section 57-9-121 - Violation of preceding sections - Penalty

(a) Any person violating any of this part is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.(b) Any officer violating this part shall also forfeit the office and be ineligible to reappointment or reelection to same for a period of five (5) years.Acts 1919, ch. 50, § 15; Shan.
