Section 58-1-612 - Assistance with unlawful enlistment, appointment or separation

Any person who effects an enlistment or appointment in or a separation from the national guard of any person who is known to such person to be ineligible for such enlistment, appointment, or separation because it is prohibited by law, regulation, or order is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1970, ch. 596, § 56; T.C.A., § 7-312; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 113.
