Section 58-1-614 - Missing movement

Any member of the national guard, who through neglect or design, misses the movement of a ship, aircraft, units or other conveyances which movement is required as part of that member's duty is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1970, ch. 596, § 58; T.C.A., § 7-314; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 113.
