Section 58-1-619 - Cruelty and maltreatment

Any member of the national guard who is guilty of cruelty or oppression toward or maltreatment of, any person subject to the guard member's orders, is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.Acts 1970, ch. 596, § 63; T.C.A., § 7-319; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 112.
