Any person subject to §§ 58-1-611 - 58-1-634 as provided in § 58-1-632 who, while on active state duty or in a duty status other than active state duty, willfully or recklessly wastes, spoils, or otherwise willfully and wrongfully destroys or damages any property other than military property of the United States or of the state, is guilty of a Class E felony.Acts 1970, ch. 596, § 68; T.C.A., § 7-324; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 71.
