Section 58-2-807 - Effect on credentialing and privileging standards - Waiver or modification of standards

This part does not affect credentialing or privileging standards of a health facility and does not preclude a health facility from waiving or modifying those standards while an emergency declaration is in effect. Acts 2007, ch. 579, § 8.
