Section 58-3-108 - Acceptance of aid by department

The department of veterans services is authorized to accept services and facilities from any source, public or private, granted in aid and furtherance of the objectives of the department; provided, that no obligation of the department or the state is incurred thereby.Acts 1945, ch. 40, § 8; C.
