Section 59-1-102 - False statements in statistical reports - Penalty

(a) It is unlawful for any person required to furnish statistical reports to any state department to knowingly and willfully make a false statement in any detail of such reports.(b) A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1953, ch. 86, §§ 94, 95 (Williams, §§ 5638.94, 5638.95); T.C.A.
