Section 59-10-103 - Commission bylaws to be filed with state officers

In accordance with Article V(i) of the compact, the commission shall file copies of its bylaws and any amendments thereto with the governor, secretary of state, and commissioner of environment and conservation.Acts 1973, ch. 109, § 3; T.C.A., § 58-1803.
