Section 59-10-104 - Commissioner of environment and conservation or designee to be official representative of governor

The commissioner of environment and conservation, or the commissioner's designee, shall be the official representative of the governor in the event the governor is unable to attend any meeting of the interstate mining commission or to perform any other function in connection with the business of such commission.Acts 1982, ch. 557, § 3.
