Every group of persons contemplating the organization of an association under this chapter is urged to communicate with the department of environment and conservation, office of energy programs, which will inform them, among other things, of the probable success of the association regardless of whatever the survey of the marketing conditions affecting the commodities proposed to be handled may indicate.Amended by 2016 Tenn.
