Section 59-13-135 - Interests in other corporations

An association may organize, form, operate, own, control, have an interest in, own stock of, or be a member of any other corporation or corporations with or without capital stock, and engaged in sampling, storing, processing, permitting, reclamation, transporting, marketing, or selling of the coal or the derivatives thereof handled by the association.Acts 1984, ch. 864, § 37.
