Section 59-13-143 - Applicability of existing exemptions

Any exemptions whatsoever under all existing laws applying to coal or its derivatives in the possession or under the control of the individual producer shall apply similarly and completely to such products delivered by its former members, in the possession or under the control of the association.Acts 1984, ch. 864, § 36.
