Section 59-8-225 - Immediate conformity to statutes or regulations required

Irrespective of date of issuance of a permit, all operators shall immediately conform to any statutes enacted or regulations adopted pursuant thereto on the effective date of such statute or regulation. This section shall not require the regrading or replanting of any area on which such work was satisfactorily performed prior to the effective date of the statute or regulation.Acts 1972, ch. 547, § 23; T.C.A., § 58-1563.
