Section 59-8-304 - Part definitions

As used in this part unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of environment and conservation, the commissioner of environment and conservation's duly authorized representatives, and in the event of absence or a vacancy in the office of commissioner, the deputy commissioner; and(2) 'Department' means the department of environment and conservation.Amended by 2021 Tenn.
