Section 6-20-219 - Mayoral duties required by ordinance

The mayor has the power and it is hereby made the mayor's duty to perform all acts that may be required of the mayor by any ordinance duly enacted by the board of commissioners, not in conflict with any of the provisions of this charter.Acts 1921, ch. 173, art. 6, § 2; Shan.
