Section 6-32-104 - Quorum

At least one half (1/2) of the members of the council shall be a quorum for the transaction of business at all council meetings, but, in the absence of a quorum, three (3) members may adjourn the meeting to a later date or may compel the attendance of absent members.Acts 1957, ch. 238, § 4.04; T.C.A., § 6-3204.
