Section 6-33-109 - Liability of officers under cooperative agreements

All public officers acting under the authority of a contract or cooperative action under § 6-33-107 or § 6-33-108 are deemed to be subject to the same liabilities to which they would have been subjected for actions occurring entirely within their own territorial limits.Acts 1957, ch. 238, § 6.17; T.C.A., § 6-3309.
