Section 6-33-110 - Deposits and disbursements of funds under cooperative agreements

All money received pursuant to any such contract or cooperative action, under § 6-33-107 or § 6-33-108, unless otherwise provided by law, shall be deposited in the appropriate fund or funds and disbursed in accordance with such contract or cooperative action.Acts 1957, ch. 238, § 6.18; T.C.A., § 6-3310.
