Section 6-36-114 - Notice of appropriation

The adoption by the city council of an appropriation ordinance for the next fiscal year, or the allowance of a continuation of the appropriation for the last fiscal year, shall serve as notice to the board of education of the total amount of the school appropriation for the next fiscal period.Acts 1957, ch. 238, § 8.14; T.C.A., § 6-3614.
