If three (3) or more municipalities and counties jointly create and participate in a regional airport commission and if the property of the regional airport commission is located outside the boundaries of the participating municipalities, then no municipality shall annex any property of the regional airport commission without the prior consent of the legislative bodies of the participating municipalities and counties.Acts 1993, ch. 213, § 1.
